Every mile had a price.
USAA × Noblr
Integrated Campaign
Every mile
had a price.
We made it a reason to save.
When USAA acquired the telematics insurer Noblr, it inherited a genuinely new way to price a policy. The job was making that new idea feel obvious.

The Idea
A NEW WAY TO SAVE.
NOBODY KNEW IT EXISTED.
USAA members trusted the old math — a rate set by age, location, and history. Noblr’s telematics policy adjusted based on how they actually drove, and that idea needed to feel earned, not gimmicky.

The Work
MAKE THE MATH VISIBLE,
EVERYWHERE IT COULD LAND.
We built one flexible visual system that could carry the same message across every place a member might actually encounter it — a pre-roll video, a 300×600 banner, a landing page, a piece of mail on the kitchen counter — without repeating itself or wearing thin by the fifth touchpoint.
Motion did a lot of the explaining. Mile counters ticking up. Savings appearing in real time as a car moves. It’s the same visual shorthand as a speedometer — instantly legible, no copy required — applied to an idea that’s usually explained in a paragraph of fine print.
The Role
Creative Director
Led concept through execution across the full campaign ecosystem — creative strategy, video, digital display, landing page design, and direct mail — in partnership with USAA’s internal marketing team.
THE TAKEAWAY
A telematics policy is a genuinely different product. It only works as a campaign if a member can understand the trade — more attention on driving, more control over the bill — in the time it takes a banner to load.
